Fanchette Marguerat Degaard and John C. Degaard bought a home at 40 Stephen Drive in Mount Pleasant from Nancy Justiniano for $638,750 on Aug. 23.

Justiniano paid $650,000 for the property in Mount Pleasant East in April 2005.

Ms. Degaard practices psychology in New York. She has served as a unit coordinator and senior psychologist at HHC. She has also worked at the Manhattan Psychiatric Center as a creative art therapist supervisor and recreation therapist supervisor.
