Nancy Sears brought an extensive background of coaching business executives on decision-making skills with her to the real estate field. That background, she said, has proved invaluable for her clients.

In addition to completing her real estate courses, Nancy was awarded a Ph.D. by the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Masters of Business Administration from Fordham University in New York City.

She is highly involved in the community, being a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Greenwich, where she is a Stephen Minister and Deacon.
