Recovery clinic specialist settles into Spring Valley 5BD

Medium 3c81bff8d5f095c1d945905380598090 David M. Marlon bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 3382 Montessouri St. in Las Vegas for $605,000 from Wells Fargo Bank National Association on July 17.

Wells Fargo foreclosed on the property in March. The 4,234-square-foot house was built in 1987 in the Greater Spring Valley neighborhood.

Marlon is the owner of Solutions Recovery Inc., a Las Vegas alcohol and drug addiction recovery clinic. He previously served as the vice president of the western region for Sierra Health Services Inc.

He earned his M.B.A. in business and economics from UNLV.

There were 8,715 home sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with a median price of $170,000.
