The 3,448-square-foot home was transferred Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. in Feb. 2010. The house was built in 2001 in Anthem/MacDonald Ranch.

Mr. Byington is a construction professional in Las Vegas. He was a consultant at Watt Tieder Hoffar & Fitzgerald, an analyst at Project Analysts and a project manager at AF Construction, Pizzagalli Construction Co. and Bodell Construction.

He earned his bachelor's degree in construction and his M.B.A. in business operations from Brigham Young University.

The Byingtons also own a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1977 Antelope Hill Court in Henderson. They paid $450,000 for the property in March 2006.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,896 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $172,000.
