Carole Laman bought a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 7616 Adornment Court in Las Vegas from the Federal National Mortgage Association for $108,150 on Nov. 1.

The 2,199-square-foot home was transferred to the Federal National Mortgage Association in Feb. 2010. The house was built in 1998 in Northeast Las Vegas.

Laman serves as a real estate agent at Keller Williams Realty. She was also a sales executive at Centex Homes.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,589 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $110,000.
