Consulting firm EVP sells Washington 3BD

Medium 55001bb89b01eb16a692c6ab31bc8afc Constantine A. Pagedas and Sofia S. Pagedas sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 4209 16th St. N.W. in Washington to Daniel J. Mustico and Kerry M. Mustico for $635,000 on Sept. 15.

The Pagedas paid $395,500 for the property in January 2002. The 2,150-square-foot house was built in 1923 in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood.

Mr. Pagedas is an executive vice president at the International Technology and Trade Asscociates, an international business consulting firm. He also is a member of the Council for Emerging National Security Affairs.

He also authored several publications that cover topics on politics, international relations, military, war and diplomacy.

He received his bachelor's degree in history from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his M.A. from the Graduate School of International Studies at the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. He also received a Ph.D. from the Department of War Studies at King's College at the University of London.

Mr. Mustico is vice president at Rubber Manufacturers Association, the national trade association for the elastomer products industry.

He attended the State University of New York College at Cortland in 1989.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,143 home sales in Washington in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
