Environmental project manager takes Columbia Heights 3BD

Medium 0d3ec2ba1ba150d7ed889a53a60b27d2 Cizuka Seki and Baldwin Robertson bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1340 Randolph St. N.W. in Washington from Marian and Marshall H. Williams for $370,000 on Sept. 15.

The 1,536-square-foot house was built in 1919 in the neighborhood of Columbia Heights.

Seki is a project development manager of origination at First Climate Group LLC.

She previously was a consultant in the environment department at The World Bank and, prior to that, an intern at National Environment Trust.

She graduated from Bowdoin College (1999) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (2002).

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,143 home sales in Washington in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
