Marcus P. Lubin sold a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 3732 Kanawha St. N.W. in Chevy Chase to Le Franz Lesle, Le Vanessa Lesle and Vanessa Lemerle for $1.045 million on Aug. 28.

Lubin paid $590,000 for the property in Jan. 2003. The 2,250-square-foot house was built in 1918.

Mr. Lubin is the principal at DLM Group, which provides comprehensive services in government relations.

He has worked for republican and democratic members of Congress on Capitol Hill. He has served as the chief of staff for a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 97 sales in Chevy Chase in 2008, with a median sales price of $801,562.
