Network engineer sells in Langdon

Medium faecf3fa5d41991ccee1c78be3870c97 Randolph Stevens sold a six-bedroom, three-bath home at 3004 S. Dakota Ave. N.E. in Washington to Jocquelle Wrenn for $580,000 on Sept. 24.

Stevens paid $475,000 for the property in June 2006. The 1,593-square-foot house was built in 1922 in the Langdon neighborhood.

Stevens has been a network engineer at Fidelity Network, an information technology and services industry.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,155 home sales in Washington in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
