Albert N. Hutchings and the estate of Daniel T. Schellhorn sold a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 1231 New Jersey Ave. N.W. in Washington to Mikhail A. Pavlov for $710,000 on Sept. 24.

The 2,325-square-foot house was built in 1900 in the Truxton Circle neighborhood.

Hutchings has been a senior project accountant at Tompkins Builders, a construction company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,155 home sales in Washington in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
