HIV Medicine Assoc. exec grabs 3BD in Kingman Park

Medium f3947642f726f92e00c3c4161cab6326 Andrea L. Weddle bought a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 1663 Kramer St. N.E. in Washington from Matthew Washington for $327,000 on Sept. 24.

Washington paid $150,000 for the property in April 2004. The 1,136-square-foot house was built in 1909 in the Kingman Park neighborhood.

Weddle is the executive director of the HIV Medicine Association.

She previously was a research associate for the Center for HIV Quality Care at IDSA. She also worked as a staff director for the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society.

She received a master's degree in social welfare from the University of California–Berkeley.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,155 home sales in Washington in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
