Constructions firm exec grabs 3BD in Near Northeast

Medium 1506042abd53b5bf18ce8f894d13059c Kathleen L. Agasar bought a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 700 K St. N.E. in Washington from Georgia M. Mason, James E. Mason and Georgia M. Pair for $300,000 on Sept. 25.

The 1,728-square-foot house was built in 1910 in the Near Northeast neighborhood.

Agasar has been the director of project management at KC Construction for 10 years. She has held several positions with the firm, including estimator, manager of purchasing division and project manager.

She graduated from Temple University with a B.S. in civil engineering and construction technology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,155 home sales in Washington in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
