Shouba is a regional security officer for the Peace Corps, where he previously was a training specialist.

He previously was a training associate at CHP International Inc.

He holds a B.Sc. in human service studies from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in development economics from the George Washington University School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com there were 4,212 home sales in Washington, D.C. in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
