Garcia-Ribeyro is an associate in the finance practice group in the Washington, D.C. office of Haynes and Boone LLP.

She previously was an associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where she practiced in the areas of project financing, syndicated loan financing and privatizations in the U.S. and Latin America.
