Management consultant opts for a townhome in Mt. Vernon Square

The 2,324-square-foot house was built in 1900 in the Mount Vernon Square neighborhood.

Arsenault is an associate in the D.C. office of Booz Allen Hamilton, a strategy and technology consulting firm.

He has worked in program development and later in marketing communications at Qwest.

He attended the University of Nebraska.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,205 home sales in Washington, D.C. during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $374,700.
