Interior designer sells Capitol Hill North 2BD

Medium 40cd1ec0f8aadc094f13f2e57a76362e Lidia E. Berger and Maciej Zajac sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 312 Ninth St. N.E. in Washington, D.C. to David P. Cramer and Diane L. Cramer for $698,500 on Oct. 16.

Berger bought the property for $275,000 on June 2001. The 1,380-square-foot house was built in 1900 in the Capitol Hill North neighborhood.

Berger has worked as senior interior designer in the D.C. office of HNTB, an engineering, architecture and construction services firm.

She received the U.S. Green Building Council LEED accreditation in 2002.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,205 home sales in Washington, D.C. during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $374,700.
