Marketing exec settles in 16th Street Heights

Medium 4e9345c7a0e0173b756eca56a07abd8a Marianne Dailey bought a three-bedroom, one-bath at 4904 Arkansas Ave. N.W. in 16th Street Heights from Federal National Mortgage Association for $285,000 on Dec. 28.

Federal National Mortgage Association foreclosed on the property in August. The 1,736-square-foot home was built in 1921.

Dailey is marketing manager for business development inquiries at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies, an aerospace services company based in Greenbelt, Md.

She formerly worked with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

She graduated from Mary Washington College and is working on her master's degree at Johns Hopkins University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 107 home sales in 16th Street Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $399,999.
