Andrew and Becky Cap sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 4913 Flanders Ave. in North Bethesda to Suzanne and Michael Oliveira for $810,000 on Oct. 1.

The Caps bought the property for $925,000 in April 2006. The 3,000-square-foot house was built in 1954 in the North Bethesda East of Rockville Pike neighborhood.

Ms. Cap is the senior research director at Eidetics, a market research firm in Texas. Prior to that, she was IRB manager, clinical trial manager and laboratory technician at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Earlier, she was a legal assistant at Goodwin Procter LLP.

She earned her bachelor's degree in English from Harvard University and her M.B.A. in health care management from the Boston University School of Management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 495 home sales in North Bethesda during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $365,000.
