Law firm partner sells Potomac 5BD for $1.775M

Medium b2ed9176b3588b6283f807ebf6df79f2 Jeffrey W. Ochsman sold a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 9505 Newbridge Dr. in Potomac to Robert and Karen Epstein for $1.775 million on Oct. 5.

The 6,944-square-foot house was built in 1987 in the Potomac South of Democracy Blvd. neighborhood.

Ochsman is a partner at the Friedlander Misler law firm in Washington, D.C. His practice areas include workers compensation, personal injury and insurance defense law. Prior to joining the firm in 1978, he clerked for a District of Columbia Superior Court judge.

He earned his bachelor's degree from the College of William and Mary in 1974 and his J.D. from the American University in 1977.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 418 home sales in Potomac during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $770,000.
