E. John Steren and Lisa Steren sold a home at 14228 Secluded Lane in North Potomac to Abha and Viyek Chauhan for $750,000 on Oct. 22.

The 3,064-square-foot house was built in 1988 in the North Potomac East of Dufief Mill Road neighborhood.

Mr. Steren serves as a principal at Ober Kaler, where he co-chairs the complex civil litigation group. He specializes in complex business litigation including antitrust, business torts, trade secrets, non-compete and other civil litigation claims.

He received his B.A. from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Abha Chauhan has served as an operational risk management professional at Freddie Mac. Prior to that, Chauhan was a senior account executive at McCann Erickson.

Chauhan attended the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 138 home sales in North Potomac during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $620,000.
