David Mohebbi and Roshan Soleimanloo bought a home at 14401 Pettit Way in Darnestown from Gerard and Susan Maus for $1.175 million on Oct. 23.

The Maus paid $1.391 million for the property on Feb. 2005. The 6,024-square-foot house was built in 1989 in the Darnestown South of Darnestown Road neighborhood.

Mohebbi has served as the president of Regency Cab. He was also the president of Challenger Transportation.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 43 home sales in Darnestown during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $652,500.
