Prabhat and Shubhra Garg sold a home at 6704 Tomlinson Ave. in Cabin John to Roxane M. Bouten for $999,000 on Oct. 27.

The 2,489-square-foot house was built in 1987 in the Cabin John Park subdivision.

Mr. Garg has served as a procurement advisor at Millennium Challenge Corp., and as the founder and owner of KUPS International, an international marketing company. He worked with the World Bank for more than 17 years, where he managed international procurement in developing countries.

He received his B.S. in engineering from the University of Roorkee in India and his M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 17 home sales in Cabin John during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $745,000.
