M. Parker Anderson and Vernon M. Mabry bought a five-bath home at 1329 Gresham Road in Colesville for $450,000 from Phillip and Gloria Carls on Oct. 22.

The 1,613-square-foot house was built in 1965 in the Colesville East of North Hampshire Ave. neighborhood.

Mabry is a massage therapist and the owner of Bodies and Backs Therapeutic Massage Services.

He graduated from the Potomac Massage Training Institute with a mastery in Swedish and deep tissue massage.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 251 home sales in Colesville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $390,000.
