Daniel Pesachowitz sold a three-bath home at 4002 Manor Park Court in Aspen Hill for $699,000 to Andrew and Maria Stefanelli on Oct. 22.

The 3,307-square-foot house was built in 1962 in the Aspen Hill West of Georgia Ave. neighborhood.

Pesachowitz is a lawyer with the law firm Samuel I. White P.C. His areas of practice include foreclosure, bankruptcy, civil litigation, landlord tenant, real estate and creditor rights.

He completed a bachelor's degree at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and he received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 652 home sales in Aspen Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $285,000.
