Bankruptcy lawyer sells home in Aspen Hill

Medium 29a6f5499c0dc1209739c9eece3dd467 Daniel Pesachowitz sold a three-bath home at 4002 Manor Park Court in Aspen Hill for $699,000 to Andrew and Maria Stefanelli on Oct. 22.

The 3,307-square-foot house was built in 1962 in the Aspen Hill West of Georgia Ave. neighborhood.

Pesachowitz is a lawyer with the law firm Samuel I. White P.C. His areas of practice include foreclosure, bankruptcy, civil litigation, landlord tenant, real estate and creditor rights.

He completed a bachelor's degree at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and he received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
