Real estate lawyer buys Fairland home

Medium 789d5b1f497cd500169b5d9bac8c32c4 Perry Paylor bought a 2.5-bath home at 2205 Solmar Dr. in Fairland from Susan and James Armstrong for $430,000 on Oct. 16.

The 2,167-square-foot house was built in 1969 in the Fairland West of Columbia Pike neighborhood.

Paylor is an attorney with a private firm in Greenbelt. His practice focuses on real estate, civil litigation, public finance and criminal defense.

He received his B.A. in economics from Hampton University and his J.D. from the North Carolina Central University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 200 sales in Fairland during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $250,000.
