Beth and Steven Kaufman sold a six-bedroom, four-bath home at 6806 Rannoch Road in Bethesda to Lisa and Daniel Schneiderman for $1.23 million on Oct. 6.

The 3,779-square-foot house was built in 1995 in the Bethesda South of Wilson Lane neighborhood.

Ms. Kaufman is an attorney at the Caplin & Drysdale law firm in Washington, D.C. She focuses her practice on estate planning. Prior to that, she was attorney advisor and associate tax legislative counsel at the Treasury Department's office of tax policy.

She earned his bachelor's degree from Pomona College and her J.D. from the Harvard University Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 769 home sales in Bethesda during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $719,000.
