Dr. David L. Yeh bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 412 Oak Knoll Terrace in Rockville from Robert and Francine Barnett for $645,000 on Oct. 7.

The Barnetts paid $519,430 for the property in Feb. 2004. The 2,340-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the Rockville West of Hungerford Dr. neighborhood.

Dr. Yeh is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at Eye Center in Rockville. He is also affiliated with Shady Grove Adventist Hospital.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Harvard University and his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his training in ophthalmology at the Duke University School of Medicine in 2005.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 612 home sales in Rockville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $385,000.
