Florida lawyer buys 3BD in Bethesda

Medium 4ea9117454a8098058cb098bb73cb8f1 Debra Rosenbluth and Benjamin Robinson bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 6601 Rennoch Road in Bethesda from Jane C. Merriam for $602,000 on Oct. 29.

The 1,500-square-foot house was built in 1950 in the South of Wilson Lane neighborhood.

Rosenbluth has served as an attorney with Three Rivers Legal Services, a nonprofit legal services corporation that provides free civil legal services to low-income individuals and families in North Central Florida. She also served as an assistant state attorney in the Florida State Attorney's Office. Earlier in her career, she worked as an extern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 888 home sales in Bethesda during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $715,000.
