Mr. Sams has served as a principal with national tax practice at KPMG LLP.

Ms. Sams is an attorney who has practiced in Washington, D.C.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 748 home sales in Bethesda during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $715,000.
