Management consulting firm CEO gets North Bethesda condo

Medium 29c1c2b5f314180831661b8193be7543 Gordon V. Errington bought a condo at 5750 Bou Ave. in North Bethesda from Midtown Montrose LLC for $425,000 on Jan. 7.

The 1,405-square-foot Unit #1401 is part of the 230-unit Midtown Bethesda North, which was built in 2007 in the North Bethesda East of Rockville Pike neighborhood.

Errington is the president and chief executive officer of AmVet Technologies LLC, a global management consulting firm in Las Vegas.

Prior to joining AmVet Technologies, he was the deputy chief information officer with the Department of Energy, he held consultant and program management positions with the National Aeronautical and Space Administration, he was an account manager for a large IT integration company, a communications officer in the U.S. Army and a presidential communications officer with the White House.

He earned a master's in computer resource and information management from Webster University and a B.S. in management from Troy State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 359 condo sales in North Bethesda during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $305,000.
