Mr. Blumer is a partner and serves as a counsel at Arent Fox. He focuses in higher education practice representing universities and colleges, trade associations and nonprofit associations.

He previously served as vice president and general counsel at The George Washington University.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Yale College and received his J.D. from Yale Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been eight home sales in Foggy Bottom during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $627,500.
