The Bradys paid $512,000 for the property in Dec. 2008. The 1,674-square-foot house was built in the Rockville West of Hungerford Drive. It is located in Falls Grove subdivision.

Ms. Sherman is senior vice president of strategic development and COO at FinTel Communications. She is also a consultant at University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy. Previously, she was director at FDAAA.

Prior to that, she served as vice president education at PDA. She has also served as director, division of manufacturer's assistance and training at Food and Drug Administration, CBER.

She attended the University of Maryland College Park.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 421 sales in Rockville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $395,000.
