Senior policy adviser buys 5BD in Chevy Chase

Medium 5f9d6640da7a06bc45d7be798f51971a Vincent E. Frillici and Christina M. Lisi bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 5432 32nd St. N.W. in Chevy Chase from Peter L. F. Edmonds and Susan R. Edmonds for $850,000 on Nov. 15.

The 1,888-square-foot house was built in 1931.

Frillici is a senior policy adviser in the Washington, D.C. office of Patton Boggs, LLP. Prior to this, he served as a national finance director for Senator Christopher J. Dodd and the corporate partnerships director for KOLA, Inc.

He obtained his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and an M.B.A from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 94 home sales in Chevy Chase during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $813,000.
