Real estate co. president sells 2BD in Capitol Hill

Medium 4afd86a200ba0c90570af8cfe7ec2d59 Grant Epstein sold a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 326 10th St. S.E. in Capitol Hill to Heather Cunningham and Gregory F. Rynee for $681,600 on Nov. 16.

Epstein bought the home for $342,500 in April 2001. The 1,376-square-foot house was built in 1908. It is located in the Capitol Hill Historic District.

Epstein is the president of Community Three Development, real estate company. Prior to this, he worked as a senior associate at Torti Gallas and Partners. He is also a registered architect practicing in Washington, D.C.

He obtained a bachelor's in architecture from the the University of Notre Dame and master's in business administration from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 71 home sales in Capitol Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $727,500.
