Jay A. Feinstein and Stacy Feinstein sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2235 39th Place N.W. in Glover Park to Alexander B. Englehart for $695,000 on Nov. 16.

The Feinsteins bought the home for $710,000 in July 2007. The 992-square-foot house was built in 1938.

Mr. Feinstein is the Bariatic account manager at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a developer and manufacturer of medical devices for minimally invasive surgical procedures.

He attended the College of Charleston.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 29 home sales in Glover Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $759,000.
