Marketing co. account exec sells 3BD home in Fort Lincoln

Medium 06e2250c36ac395c4374139062596430 Julie DiBella and Matthew DiBella sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 3248 Robert Clifton Weaver Way N.E. in Fort Lincoln to Kendra Davis Briggs for $400,000 on Dec. 21.

The DiBellas paid $389,500 for the property in August 2007, the same year the 1,460-square-foot home was built.

Julie DiBella is an account executive at Fishbowl Marketing, a provider of marketing software and services to the restaurant industry. Previously, she was a sponsorship manager for the Washington Capitals.

She has a B.B.A. in marketing from James Madison University.

Matthew DiBella is an accounting professional. Previously, he was an assistant superintendent of construction, a customer relations representative and a sales associate at Pulte Homes.

He has a B.S.B.A. in accounting from The Catholic University of America.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been eight home sales in Fort Lincoln during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $212,550.
