Mr. Garton serves as the vice president and chief financial officer of Lincoln Industrial Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of lubricants and pumping systems in St. Louis.

He earned his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 643 sales in University City in 2008, with a median price of $138,000.
