Asher and Deborah Benrubi have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 16632 Chesterfield Manor Dr. in Chesterfield for $435,000.

The Benrubis acquired the house for $405,000 in Feb. 2005. The 3,140-square-foot house in the South of 64 neighborhood was built in 1994. Candy Citrin of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the house.

Mr. Benrubi serves as the owner of Smash ShowBiz Partners, an entertainment company based in St. Louis.

He attended Indiana University–Bloomington.
