The estate of Dr. Daniel W. Platt has listed for sale a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 10057 Litzsinger Road in Ladue for $1.85 million.

The 6,242-square-foot house in the Ladue South neighborhood was built in 1963. Christy Thompson is the listing agent for the home.

Dr. Platt was a physician at Alton Memorial Hospital. Before working at Alton Memorial, he was the co-chief of the anesthesia department at Knickerbocker Hospital and the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.

He earned his medical degree at Chicago Medical School. He died at the age of 83.
