He has an A.S. degree in mechanical design from Porter and Chester Institute and an A.S. degree in manufacturing engineering from Waterbury State Technical Institute. He earned his B.S.M.E. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Lindenwood University.
