The estate of Roland P. Burke has listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 344 Laduemont Dr. in Creve Coeur for $369,000.

The 2,514-square-foot house in the Creve Coeur West neighborhood was built in 1969. Jane Dinan of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the house.

Burke served as president of Gannon Development Co. until he retired in Jan. 2009. He also worked at the Boston Housing Authority, was a multi-family real estate developer for Bartlett Development Co. and was an executive vice president at the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co. He died in Aug. 2009.

He received his bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University and his masters degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Iowa.
