Podiatrist settles in Cottleville 4BD

Medium c4f45ce55ecbb77f86386b39acd7d8a3 Dr. Constantine S. Kyramarios and Julia J. Kyramarios bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 21 Upper Dardenne Farms Dr. in Cottleville from Alan and Lori Dobson for $375,000 on Sept. 2.

The Dobsons acquired the property for $560,000 in July 2006. The 3,582-square-foot house, which was built in 1986, is in the West Cottleville neighborhood.

Dr. Kyramarios is a podiatrist at Foot Healers, a full-service podiatry clinic with clinics in Creve Coeur, Webster/Crestwood, St. Peters and Chesterfield.

He earned his degree from the University of Illinois and his D.P.M. from the Finch University Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He completed his residency at South Miami Hospital Foot and Ankle Program and trained at the Baptist Health System.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 53 sales in Cottleville in 2008, with a median price of $222,450.
