Satorio acquired the property for $875,000 in Sept. 2006.

Mr. Candia is a Web applications manager at Natural Organics Inc.

He studied at the University of Scranton.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 116 sales in Dix Hills in 2008, with a median sales price of $539,800.
