Belesis Construction Corp. paid $344,167 for the property in May 2004. The 3,580-square-foot home was built in 2006 in the North Sea West neighborhood.

Ms. Rosen is a managing director at Goldman Sachs, a global investment banking and securities firm headquartered in Lower Manhattan.

She has a B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 64 sales in North Sea in 2008, with a median sales price of $690,000.
