Sharon L. Nelles and Scott S. Sager bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2 Bay View Dr. in North Sea from Christopher and Kimberly Delaney Johnson for $1.95 million on Sept. 17.

The 4,142-square-foot house was built in 1994.

Ms. Nelles is a partner at Sullivan & Cromwell's Litigation Group. She represents global companies in complex commercial litigations like financial institutions in antitrust, securities, M&A. She also handle regulatory and criminal investigations as well.


She has represented Microsoft Corp., JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Standard Chartered Bank, Diageo, MBNA America Bank and SBC Communications in high-profile class action litigation and shareholder derivative suits.

She earned her A.B. degree from Mount Holyoke College, her M.A. from New York University and her J.D. from Boston College Law School.

There were 59 home sales in North Sea in 2008, with a median sales price of $735,000.
