Diane Nicolia bought a six-bedroom, 5.5-bath at 14 Woodlee Road in Cold Spring Harbor from Peter and Jeanne Leonard for $2.85 million on Sept. 10.

The Leonards paid $1.41 million for the property in March 2005. It is part of the South of Lawrence Hill Road neighborhood.

Nicolia is the owner of Nico Italian Ristorante a 130-year-old mansion-turned-restaurant in Islip.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 36 sales in Coral Spring Harbor in 2008, with median sales price of $645,000.
