Noah Klarish and Ana C. Silva bought a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 12 Balcomie Lane in North Sea from James D. Nesci and Julie A. Tirella for $1.21 million on Oct. 23.

Nesci and Tirella paid $1.2 million for the property in Nov. 2007. The 4,416-square-foot house in the North Sea West neighborhood was built in 2006.

Klarish is a partner at Hutner Klarish LLP, whose areas of practice are business law, business start-ups, hedge funds, private equity and residential real estate.

He received his B.S.B.A. from the Boston University School of Management and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 57 sales in North Sea during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $735,000.
