Jeffrey A. and Katherine E. Whidden bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 20 York Drive in Brentwood from Kingbridge Homes LLC for $735,343 on Sept. 3.

Kingbridge Homes LLC paid $180,000 for the property in Oct. 2009. The 1,400-square-foot house was built in 1961 in Brentwood West. It is located in the York Village subdivision.

Mr. Whidden is senior vice president at Breckenridge Material Company, which supplies ready mix concrete and building materials. Previously, he served as VP sales and technical services at iCrete, LLC, a provider of advanced concrete production systems to the construction industry. Prior to that, he served as general manager, New Mexico, at Lafarge NA, as well as VP of marketing.

He attended Yale University - Yale School of Management and the University of Waterloo.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 236 sales in Brentwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $148,000.
