Stephens Development LLC paid $318,000 for the property in AprIL 2007.  The 4,379-square-foot house was built in 2008 in Olivette South.

Dr. Maniar is a cardiothoracic surgeon at the Center for Advanced Medicine in St. Louis. He also serves as assistant professor in the department of surgery at Washington University School of Medicine.

He earned his M.D. from the University of Illinois School of Medicine in 1998 and completed his residency and internship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. He finished his cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine.

Ms. Maniar is a lawyer at Epstein Becker & Green and is a member of the firm's health care and life sciences and business law practice. Prior to that, she was a corporate lawyer at leading law firms in New Jersey and Washington, D.C.

She received her B.A. from Rutgers University in 1995 and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1998.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 113 home sales in Olivette during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $259,000.
