Dana M. Beffa bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 12510 Town and Country Estate Lane in Town and Country from Anne H. Fitzpatrick for $720,000 on Nov. 4.

Fitzpatrick paid $605,000 for the property in Nov. 1999. The 3,514-square-foot home was built 1987 in Town and Country South. It is located in the Town and Country Estates subdivision.

Beffa is the vice president of employee benefits at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a rental car company headquartered in Clayton.

She attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.

Beffa previously sold her home at 101 Ballas Court in Town & Country for $1.225 million on Nov. 3.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 101 home sales in Town and Country during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $517,500.
